Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional processing time during holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select locations)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within the United States and internationally. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

Lost or Damaged Items

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by the carrier. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Address Errors
